We are a community that teaches, nurtures and celebrates the link between personal spirituality and our place as interconnected beings, improving the health, balance and wellness between ourselves and the planet.

From the roots of Woman's Way...
The Gaian Collective was birthed from Woman’s Way Red Lodge (WWRL)—A non-profit organization that existed from 2005-2020 with the original purpose of enlivening the sacred feminine and co-creating a new paradigm for positive change in our communities.
Many individuals were touched by the magick of WWRL and their community events, teachings, and gatherings over these years. Between 2019 and 2021 individuals who had been vested in the organization snuggled into the cave of transformation and new visions for the non-profit unfolded.
They dreamed an organization focused even more on inclusivity, intersectionality, acknowledgement of our legacy coming from WWRL, and moving forward in a way that meets this moment in the world.
A moment where all of us, no matter our background, must strive to unite for justice, the earth/our environments, and love in our communities. From this, The Gaian Collective was born…

Our vision articulates the world we want to live in. Our mission is how we want to live our lives. Our purpose is our reason for being.
The Gaian Collective is poised to contribute inclusive support for many as we do our part assisting in the great turning. There has never been a more important time to circle together in community. We must support each other so we can hold strong as the winds of change blow fiercely over the landscapes of our lives and as we march on to create a better world for all life on earth.
We need community and ceremony to support us. We cannot survive these times alone, and we are in it together.
The Gaian Collective’s desire is to be a community for you, a hub to find other communities, and a light in the storm. Lean in and let’s hold each other up when we need it most. We've got you.

The founders of Woman's Way Red Lodge did such a beautiful job of creating “15 Principles" for the community. The current board felt that they really are values we use to live a conscious life. Hence, the new name of these Fifteen Principles is “15 Values for Conscious Living.”
